Outfits Page 3

Making Progress:

I found some time to sit down at the sewing machine and make a few more outfits.
The practice is really helping, each time I make something I'm learning new stuff and improving on what I have done.  The following photos are a mix of several different patterns and even a few modifications/alterations of my own.

Note: I did not make the Yellow top.

The bottom hem of the dress isn't as straight as I'd like, but the bodice turned out nice.

I used hem tape to finish the waist and bottom hem (using the iron it sticks the material together).  I liked the fact that it gives a nice clean finish, but it would be too stiff for light weight fabrics or a fuller skirt.

Shorts are getting easier to make especially since I've made several pairs now.

This top is a modified pattern to fit a very small scrap of material I had.

Jammies!  I just love a good set of PJ's.
This lightweight flannel makes a great pair of PJ's.
Again the top is a modified pattern.
